Year of implementation:2016
Place of implementation:
The National Institute of Public Health, Prague, Czech
In 2016, my partner and I implemented a kitchen and food distribution for the National Institute of Public Health.
The kitchen delivery included cooling tables with preparation for a central cooling unit. Food was provided with a furniture company and a supplier of stone slabs. We supplied basic bases with preparation for atypical cladding and stone slabs, as well as efficient water baths, ventilated cooling tubs, cooling showcases. All in a drop-in version, so that they can be easily built into a stone worktop.
