Towards the end of 2020, together with our partner, we implemented very specific dispensing lines for IKEA in Prague in Zličín. It was the main distribution of food for the public and the employee canteen.
We supplied complete food delivery in the high hygienic standard H2, including glass hygienic superstructures, an atypical track for trays and wooden cladding.
The hot tubs were equipped with automatic water level maintenance and a glass superstructure with heating.
The ventilated cooling tubs supplied by us were connected to the central cooling system.

However, the challenge was the cooling display cases with the cooling base. On one side of the delivery, there was a set of three, and on the other side, a set of four refrigerated self-service display cases placed next to each other.
The showcases were equipped with low-emission insulating double-glazed glass and germicidal lamps for longer shelf life of food.
These showcases were also connected to a central cooling system.
